Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including digital platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Build a strong employer brand that reflects the exciting and innovative culture of Riyadh Air.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Utilize technology and data analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent Riyadh Air at industry events and career fairs to build brand awareness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Prior experience in the aviation industry is a strong plus.
