Australia Awards Scholarships 2026 Details
The Australia Awards Scholarships offer fully funded Master’s degree programs in Australia for eligible Bangladeshi citizens. Fields of study are aligned with Australia’s development, economic, and public diplomacy priorities and agreed upon with the partner government.

English Language Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency by providing valid scores from one of the following tests:

IELTS (Academic): Minimum overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0

TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 84 with a minimum of 21 in all sub-tests

PTE Academic: Minimum overall score of 58 with no communicative skill score less than 50
Special Considerations: Women, people with disabilities, and individuals from ethnic minorities may submit an overall IELTS score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 (or equivalent TOEFL or PTE score). However, selected candidates must still meet the English language admission requirements of their chosen Australian institution.
